The Red Eagles are one of three squadrons based at RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire, England, that operates the Boeing E-3D Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft, otherwise known as the Sentry. The other 2 sqns are No 8 Sqn and the recently reformed No 54(R) Sqn which has taken over the role of all ISTAR aircraft aircrew training at RAF Waddington.

2007 Annual Association Reunion Weekend

Preparations are already underway for the 2007 Annual Reunion Weekend. The event will take place over the weekend of 31 August - 2 September 2007. Details are still 'work in progress' but the format will be similar to that of previous events. Please see the Association page for a few more details.
