The No 23 Squadron Association is a 'club' for former members of No. 23 Squadron. Membership of the Association costs nothing and is open to all past members of 23 Squadron - regardless of rank.

The Association Reunion weekend is held each year, usually in early September and all members are welcome to attend. The festivities start with a beer call on Friday afternoon and continue with local area visits, a families BBQ (weather permitting), the AGM and a formal dinner on the Saturday. On Sunday there is a church service followed by coffee on the Sqn. Visits are also organised to places such as Newark Air Museum, the E-3D flight simulator, as well as a tour of the real thing.
